About Foutaindale Farm
A boutique farm with a purpose- where exceptional animals, genuine care, and a love of the land come together in the Jamberoo Valley
OUR STORY
THE FARMER & FOUNDER
Victoria Rose
Fountaindale Farm was founded by Victoria Rose with a clear and personal vision: to create a boutique breeding program for micro miniature Highland cattle in Australia that sets a new standard for genetics, welfare, and authenticity.
Driven by a deep respect for animals and a commitment to doing things properly, Victoria established the farm under Terra Nova Pty Ltd at Lot 200, 147 Fountaindale Road, Jamberoo NSW 2533 — a property perfectly suited to the micro Highland breed and its specific needs.
Victoria's breadth of experience with livestock and her conviction that animal welfare must be the foundation of every decision made on the farm.
"Everything we do at Fountaindale Farm starts with the question: is this right for the animal? If it isn't, we don't do it."

THE PROPERTY
The Farm at Jamberoo
Lot 200, 147 Fountaindale Road, Jamberoo NSW 2533 — our home and the home of our growing herd of micro miniature Highland cattle.
The Jamberoo Valley sits in the Kiama area of the NSW Illawarra coast, approximately 90 minutes south of Sydney. Its temperate climate, reliable rainfall, and rich green pastures make it an ideal environment for both Highland cattle and performance horses in need of quality rest.
The property is established with appropriate livestock infrastructure, high-quality fencing, and the facilities to support our breeding program including embryo transfer procedures conducted on-site by specialist veterinarians.
